Milton Bradley update
Milton Bradley singled against the Dodgers’ Jeff Weaver to lead off the Cubs’ fourth inning Friday, his second spring hit, and was lifted for a pinch-runner. Bradley is fine; it’s just a precautionary move by the Cubs. He is expected to play every other day for now, and Lou Piniella says he’ll have Bradley start as the designated hitter in American League parks this spring.
