Lou Piniella had considered a hot air balloon ride on the Cubs’ last off day but that’s not on his schedule for Wednesday. Instead, he’ll film a commercial in Tempe for DirectTV. So, no ride?
“I do that every day here,” Piniella said. “I just don’t go in the balloon.”
