Derrek Lee belted his 31st homer in the Chicago third inning Monday, driving in Ryan Theriot. It was his second hyomer of the game, and he now has 22 career two-homer games, and four this year, including one Saturday in New York. Lee also hit his second homer Monday off the first pitch — so he’s seen two pitches, and hit two homers in two at-bats.
