4/12 Derrek Lee update
X-rays of Derrek Lee’s right thumb were negative and there is no fracture. Lee had to leave Monday’s game after four innings because of inflammation. His status was day to day. He’s been bothered by the thumb since last Wednesday, when he jammed it sliding into second base in Atlanta.
