Ryan Flaherty hit a two-run walkoff homer in the 10th inning to give Double-A Tennessee a 6-5 come from behind victory Sunday over Chattanooga. Starlin Castro extended his hitting streak to five games, going 2-for-4.
J.R. Mathes gave up six runs on eight hits over six innings in Iowa’s 11-6 win over Nashville. Welington Castillo had two hits, including a homer and a triple. Bobby Scales had three doubles and two RBIs.
Daytona’s game at Dunedin was postponed because of rain. The two teams were to play a doubleheader Monday.
Peoria collected 13 hits to beat Burlington, 10-3. Greg Rohan had three hits and four RBIs. Hak-Ju Lee extended his hitting streak to five games.
