4/27 Iowa sweep
Triple-A Iowa swept a doubleheader over Round Rock on Tuesday. Brad Snyder hit a two-run double in a 4-3 win in the first game. Jeff Samardzija pitched 1 2/3 innings in relief for the win. In the second game, Iowa scored three runs in the sixth, including a sacrifice fly by Darwin Barney and a RBI double by Bobby Scales. Casey Coleman gave up two runs on six hits over six innings for the win.
