7/23 Hall of Fame
Hall of Famer Ernie Banks sang the seventh inning stretch Friday and will head to Cooperstown on Saturday to take part in the ceremonies when Andre Dawson is inducted. Dawson may be going in wearing an Expos cap, but the Cubs are treating it as if he’s one of their own and will host a reception for the Hawk Saturday night. Hall of Famers Billy Williams and Ryne Sandberg will attend the reception and ceremony.
