Ryan Theriot’s home run with one out in the sixth inning was his first since June 29, 2009, when he connected off the Pirates’ Zach Duke. Theriot had gone 700 at-bats between homers, the longest active streak in the Major Leagues. He now has hit 15 home runs in his career.
