The Cubs presented a check for $45,000 to the Ryan and Jenny Dempster Family Foundation from sales of the Chicago Cubs Cookbook during pregame ceremonies on Friday. The cookbook is still for sale on Cubs.com (check it out the Community section). Mike Quade has a great recipe for fish in there.
