6/5 Minor League report

Ramon Ortiz gave up two runs on 10 hits over seven innings in Iowa’s 10-4 win over Omaha on Saturday. The I-Cubs totaled 13 hits, including home runs by Bryan LaHair and Bobby Scales. Scales had three hits and three RBIs. Augie Ojeda had two hits.

Brooks Raley gave up five runs — three earned — on eight hits over six innings in Tennessee’s 5-3 loss to Jackson. Ryan Flaherty had three hits, including his 12th homer, and was batting .313.

Rubi Silva had two hits in Daytona’s 4-0 loss to Brevard County. Zach Rosscup gave up two runs on three hits over three innings and took the loss.

Cam Greathouse gave up three earned runs over 5 1/3 innings in Peoria’s 11-4 win over Great Lakes. Richard Jones had two hits, including his ninth homer, and Greg Rohan extended his hitting streak to 16 games and drove in two runs.
