6/16 Snyder to Iowa


Brad Snyder cleared waivers and re-joined the Iowa Cubs. Snyder was with the big league team and designated for assignment on Saturday. He batted .111 (1-for-9) with a run scored in eight games with the Cubs. He was hitting .342 with seven home runs, 23 runs, 29 RBIs, and three stolen bases in 38 games with Iowa. Iowa also announced Matt Camp has been reassigned to Double-A Tennessee. He batted .209 with 10 doubles, 24 runs scored, and 20 RBIs in 58 games with Iowa this season.
