3/14 Pitching probables
The Cubs starters for the weekend series in Las Vegas are scheduled to be Jeff Samardzija on Saturday and Chris Volstad on Sunday. Both games are against the Rangers at Cashman Field. They’re split squad games, and on Saturday, Paul Maholm will start against the Athletics in Phoenix. Andy Sonnanstine was slated to start Sunday against the White Sox at HoHoKam Park in Mesa.
