6/4 No Rizzo
On May 20, Dale Sveum hinted Anthony Rizzo may be called up when the Cubs play at American League ballparks and need a designated hitter. Apparently, that’s not going to happen. Alfonso Soriano will be the DH when the Cubs play at Minnesota and at U.S. Cellular Field.
“Right now, there’s no thought of [calling him up],” Sveum said Monday.

Hey Hey! Soriano finally gets to be a DH….too bad it’s for the CUBS.
Are they going to let Soriano limp around the rest of the season? Rest him for two weeks, scope his knee, get it fixed, what ever needs to be done. His few HRs don’t matter.
Right on Jim, whatever needs to be done including “arranging” some surgery to limit the embarrassment of REMOVING HIM FROM THE LINE UP.
