7/3 Roster move
Casey Coleman was optioned to Triple-A Iowa to make room on the roster for right-hander Chris Volstad, who will start Tuesday against the Braves. Coleman has appeared in 16 games this season for the Cubs. Volstad will be making his first start for the big league team since May 17. He was 0-6 with a 7.46 ERA in eight starts for Chicago.
