Bah! Of Course. I go away for two weeks and Rizzo is brought up the day after I leave. Numbers look pretty good. Haven’t been able to check scores. how’s the team been playing? Nice to see pitching has been coming through. Looks like starters, relievers, and even Marmol are getting it done. Go Cubbies!
Rizzo has been great…. team has been playing well…. don’t get your hopes up tho
I wouldn’t confuse Marmol getting it done with Marmol getting lucky. He managed to nicely stab (to his fielding credit) a line drive for a double play and field a ground ball to get an out but he is still up to his old tricks by allowing way too many runners.
