Oh my! The bears-cowboys on t.v. at same time. What to do -what to do. Well, I think I will watch Cutler pitch against Romo.
Nope, gotta get my Cubs/baseball in…time is fleeting….Baseball rules.
Another record breaking night Joey.
You got it! Baseball rules! I am so sad when the season is over. Even though we have not had a winning season I love every single game we play. I think we will do really really better next year. Hopefully some of the “not so hot” players will be back at AAA to work on their game and hopefully we will find some good pitching. I truly think that if we can fill our pitching woes we will have a good year. Castro, Barney, Rizzo, someone at 3rd(who) will fill the infield well. I like DeJesus and Sappelt! Hope they are back. Also, I know many disagree, I want Soriano back.
Play off and world series games rule. We can still see Cubs play-Rhan Flaherty-Dempster and Soto-Paul Maholm and Reed Johnson-Sean Marshall-Theriot and Nady-Tom Gorzelany and Tracy and Mark DeRosa-Larry Rothschild. And others. Look for our Cubs in the stands and Theo schmoozing at the cocktail parties. If he catches another g.m. drunk maybe he can make another Ian Stewart deal.
