10/23 AFL update
Cubs prospects Matt Szczur had two hits and Javier Baez was 1-for-5 in Mesa Solar Sox’s 5-4, 10-inning loss Monday in Arizona Fall League play. The Solar Sox play Phoenix on Tuesday. Baez is leading the AFL with 12 RBIs.

Baez is really looking like the real deal. I see where they are trying him at 3rd base, was really hoping they would try him at 2b. As a trade chip, Barney will never be more valuable than he is right now.
