5/7 Rusin throws no-hitter for Iowa

Chris Rusin threw a no-hitter Wednesday to lead Triple-A Iowa to a 3-0 victory over New Orleans. The lefty struck out three and walked two for the win. He threw 118 pitches, 72 for strikes. He also helped himself at the plate with two hits, including a two-run single. It’s the first no-no by an Iowa Cubs pitcher since Reggie Patterson did so in 1984.

Maybe we can get two or three prospects for Rusin !

First, Congrats to Rusin on the no no. I am sure there is some value for a guy like Rusin, but he is just so inconsistant.
