Congratulations to the Pelicans. It was an intelligent decision the organization made when it chose to move its Advanced A affiliate to Myrtle Beach, and if memory serves, that agreement was extended recently, thus guaranteeing the Cubs will be a presence in MB for several more years. The organization could not have chosen a better venue to place its minor league affiliate. It`s a win-win for both the Cubs and the city of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
