Monday’s games
Iowa lost, 4–3, to Memphis. Jen-Ho Tseng gave up one run over five innings. Jacob Hannemann hit his fourth home run of the season. Addison Russell was 1-for-3 with a double in a rehab start and Justin Grimm gave up a solo homer and struck out two in one inning.

Tennessee lost, 4–3, in 11 innings to Birmingham. Chris Nunn gave up three runs over 5 1/3 innings, striking out five. Trey Martin had three hits and two RBI. Ian Rice had two hits and one RBI.

Myrtle Beach had an off day Monday, and faces Bules Creek on Tuesday.

South Bend beat Lake County, 6–3. Manuel Rondon gave up three runs over five innings. Andruw Monasterio had two hits, including a leadoff homer, and three RBI. D.J. Wilson had two hits, including a solo homer.

Eugene lost, 5–4, to Everett. Jose Albertos gave up two earned runs over four innings. Gustavo Polanco hit a solo homer. Zach Davis had three hits.

Mesa beat the Padres, 9–4. Faustino Carrera gave up four hits over 5 2/3 innings for the win. Nelson Velazquez had two hits, including a home run, and finished with three RBI. Jonathan Sierra drove in three runs and Jose Gutierrez had three hits.
